Stock Operation Course - The Holy Grail in Roll Over

Earlier yesterday, I completed 3 powerful charts with illustration of how a rollover was conducted and orchestrated by the BBs. How do we identify Roll Over and use it to our advantage? I promised it's very easy to understand and all it requires is just 1 bar to see Roll Over in motion. There is no need fanciful horizontal, diagonal lines nor volume, 1 simple bar will do the trick.

So what's new in the July's Stock Operation Course? Roll Over shall be one of the subject all my students will learn. If one is able to identify Roll Over, he/she can expect a huge big breakout to come! All charts come with detailed explanation and precise location of the bar of where the Roll Over took place.

I am left limited seats for the July Stock Operation Course, so if you are interested, you can email me at stockmarketmindgames@gmail.com with your name and contact number. You can also come for the preview next week. However do note, it's first come first serve. Whoever make payments first shall have his/her seats reserved. Roll Over is a very important knowledge to have and I shall be the first to impart this valuable knowledge to interested candidates. Existing students, you will get to learn. I will arrange accordingly.

Polaris - Profits Turned To Losses

Yesterday was a total bloodshed late in the morning. However early in the morning, I knew something was totally wrong and by just hesitating for a flick of a second, I wasn't able to cut loss fast in Polaris at 0.026 which would have saved me $3K SGD. Ok, so that's one of the mistake I made by not reacting as fast as I normally would.

May 31st 2013, I once again got caught on that devious fake breakout, fake volume which I don't want to go behind the scenes to explain what happened and why I did not book profits during that day. The end of the story is I had profits which turned to losses. This is only the second or third time that it happened to me in my entire trading journal ever since I started speculation and so I take it very seriously. I can make a wrong call and cut loss, that's fine. However profits turned to losses is a big put off and a no no to me. I was mad at myself for my greediness and hopefulness and so from here on I am only going to listen to my inner thoughts and observe what the BBs are doing. No more fixated target price nor hope nor greed.

Paid a hefty price for this unforgivable mistake I made but at least my emotion was reduced to the very minimum and my cut loss was only 3 pips down. I don't mind losing big money but at least I dare to go big and give it a try. I understand that in all great attempts, it's glorious to fail. Without failure and learning the art of losing, how can I ever free my ambitious mind to taste the labor of success later?

Midas - Fake Volume

As a human, I sometimes do commit asinine mistakes. Every time I told myself not to chase and buy on breakouts, some days I still commit that unforgivable mistake and had to pay a hefty price. On June 6th, I went to long Midas on a high volume day, at the time when I longed, I knew I committed a crime again and would need to get out quickly so as to either secure a profit or cut loss quick.

On that very same day, I had a chance to get out at 0.505 and make $500 but because of greediness, it cost me $ again. Yesterday, I could have cut loss without losing a single cent but just minor commission, again because of hope, it cost me $ again. Today, I decided that when the market opens, I am not going to hesitate too much but to watch for a few minutes before decide my course of action. 23 minutes passed by and finally I decided to liquidate with no hope or greed whatsoever. My cut loss was 2 pip however I learnt a valuable lesson in identifying fake volume with fake breakouts. Midas is currently trading at 0.48/0.485.

We are now entering one of the most challenging market where there are constantly selling across the boards. Will this present an opportunity for us to buy low again? I still think timing is very crucial at this point of time due to it's volatility.

STI - What's Happening?

What's happening in the market? This is the first time I ever saw this kind of strange activity where there simply isn't any willing buyers. I am very skeptical and afraid of fake breakouts nowadays because it can cost you big time. Is the market going to crash? If anyone had a clue of what's happening, please send me an email to stockmarketmindgames@gmail.com and let me know.

STI - Weak Supply

Just when I thought there would be a rebound last Friday, the market had a mini selldown.

http://stockmarketmindgames.blogspot.sg/2013/06/sti-rebound.html

The BBs are shrewd and smart as they always do. They are constantly confusing the public and repeatedly bilked the public from making money. From a -50 points last Thursday to a -8.8 points last Friday, the selling had abated. Today I seriously believe the rebound will happen. We shall watch!

Update: June 10th 2013, 9.05am

STI rebounded! Will this rebound last? I believe those who were trapped earlier on are looking to get out first. The selling must subside first.

Update: June 10th 2013, 10.26am

The market had an influx of short coverings and new wave of buyers!

Yoma - Unload The Rally

On May 28 2013, my student long Yoma at 0.87. Yesterday, he unloaded at the top at 0.99 and made about $2K+. Glad that he used my method to buy at the bottom and unload at the rally when everyone was chasing.

On June 4th 2013, before Yoma appeared in Top Volume at 4.26pm, my student already spotted it and knew June 5th 2013 was a good day to unload when it continued to run yesterday morning! So how does one do speculation way before the market opened? How do you know which day is good to long and which day is good to offload? I will reveal when the time is ripe.

STI - 3193

I got to admit my projection for STI was off. 3222 was breached and it is now trading at 3193 with STI down -50 points. Is the market going to continue sell off in this manner? Are all the weak holders flushed out? Are the BBs buying up soon? I shall share when the timing is right.

Yoma - Unraveling The Mystery

On June 4th 2013, I mentioned that another stock will appear in Top Volume with price rising and there could be a possibility that it could also appear in the 2nd half of the day on that very same day when I made my post. If one were to look at the post and screenshot attached when I made my post on 1.50pm, Yoma was not in the Top Volume.

http://stockmarketmindgames.blogspot.sg/2013/06/sti-top-volume-stock.html

On that very same day at 4.26pm, Yoma started to appear in the Top Volume as if it was on a steroid. Attached is the screenshot of the 2 minute chart to illustrate the precise timing when it appears in the Top Volume and the Daily chart to indicate that there was a spike in volume. Of course, all these are now hindsight because I did not mention nor share with anyone. Well, for those who knows me, I am not a hindsight person as I had been blogging for almost 3 years with proven track and trade records. For all the blog posts I made in this blog, everything is almost before, NOT after, except the results of my trade.

It's an intricate subject for me to expound the mechanism behind the Top Volume Theory on the blog without full illustration on how it was organically crafted. Creating a theory of this kind requires an enormous amount of creative energy and effort and it goes far beyond the solitary work of just watching the charts for answers. Fortunately Yoma ran and the rest was history.

Geo Energy - Secret Buying

May 28th 2013, my student SMSed me about Geo Energy and asked for my opinion on whether there was Secret Buying or selling. It was a no brainer for me since I studied this counter carefully and tactfully in the past and so my answer was Secret Buying. Yesterday when Geo Energy finally broke out, I knew he was in the money and so I SMSed him again. On top of that, he also got hold of Oceanus and in the money now. Whatever it is, what I am happy about is students put money to test out their skills. That to me is so much more important than demo trading and fear.

Today in the preview, I shall focus more on secret buying. Interested parties can attend as the next preview is far away from today.

I believe the below news caused a spike in the price.

IT IS NOT common for independent directors to buy shares in the companies whose boards they serve on.

stkchart5.13Geo Energy stock has declined from a peak of 65 cents in Jan 2013 as coal prices softened. Chart: BloombergSome directors hold the view that by not being vested, they can better maintain an independence that would serve the interest of minority shareholders.

However, legendary investor Warren Buffett likes it that his board of directors at Berkhshire Hathaway comprises of shareholders, and big ones at that.

"At Berkshire, board members travel the same road as shareholders," Buffett wrote in his 2004 letter to shareholders, adding in 2005, "I know of no other board in the country in which the financial interests of directors are so completely aligned with those of shareholders."

It's noteworthy that two IDs of Geo Energy Resources have just bought shares in the Indonesian coal mine owner-cum-operator which listed on the Singapore Exchange in Oct 2012.

lks_obcLu King Seng (left) and Ong Beng Chye. Photo: annual reportOng Beng Chye bought 100,000 shares on May 14 at 43 cents apiece, while Lu King Seng got in earlier at a higher price: 300,000 shares on 25 April at 46.5 cents apiece.

These are the first transactions for them, and were made after the stock had descended substantially from recent highs.

The stock recently has traded lower to around 42 cents, but it is still higher than the IPO price of 32.5 cents.

The two IDs are accounting-trained and experienced in financial matters. Lu King Seng has more than 6 years of commercial experience as CFO and 9 years of audit experience in London, according to Geo Energy's annual report.

Ong Beng Chye has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, having served in various roles including group financial controller, and is currently the audit committee chairman of listed Hafary Holdings.

Another board member who is a non-executive director, the famed investor Jim Rogers, also has a vested interest in the company.

Recent story: @ GEO ENERGY's AGM: Jim Rogers in the limelight

GuiKimYoungGui Kim Young, 72.Photo: InternetAn independent director of San Teh, Gui Kim Young @ Gui Kim Gan, has stepped up his purchase of the company's shares: he bought 100,000 shares on 20 May and 100,000 on 8 May. Both transactions were done at 33 cents apiece.

That raised his direct holding in the company -- which is in the hotel and property, and PVC pipes and fittings businesses -- to 1 million shares.

He also has a deemed interest in 1.7 million shares comprising the following:
a) 1.2 million shares held by him through Phillip Securities; and
b) 500,000 shares held by him through Weishi Investment.

Mr Gui, 72, should know the business of San Teh well as he has been its ID since 1998.

He is also a certified public accountant practicing in Singapore and is a director of a public accounting corporation. Mr. Gui chairs both the audit and remuneration committees of San Teh.

The company didn't have a great year in 2012. Net loss increased from $8.4 million in 2011 to $15.9 million in 2012 mainly because of an exchange loss of $8.2 million and an impairment loss of $2.2 million.

However, it is debt free and had net cash of about S$95 million as at end-March 2013, which is equivalent to 28 cents a share. Its Net Asset Value was 64 cents a share, far above the recent stock price of 32 cents.

The cashpile will be put to work: San Teh acquired in April 2013 a 113,000 sq m piece of land in Yunnan province for RMB85.6 million for residential-cum-retail property development.

Oceanus - World Class Speculation

On May 30th 2013, I blogged about the bullishness in Oceanus. In that blog post, the "tips" was as specific as it can be. I said "Watch Oceanus, chart looks good. Swing trade, no Contra."
http://stockmarketmindgames.blogspot.sg/2013/05/oceanus-chart-looks-good.html
Now I don't watch price action or volume but only watching for timing and it's readiness. So whatever price during that day, one should look to take it. If the stock is ready to run, why bother about what price you are getting? You are going to make money anyway!!

This morning at 7.07am, way before any market was opened, straight in my head, I knew Oceanus was going to appear in Top Volume with price rising. I could virtually read the Oceanus's BBs' mind and their ostentatious intention and so I made a post on my blog for all to witness.
http://stockmarketmindgames.blogspot.sg/2013/06/oceanus-top-volume.html

Now, I called this world class speculation because no one had ever made such calls with superb accuracy and precision timing on the specific day way before the market opened. To say a stock will appear in Top Volume is an understatement. To witness it LIVE when it happened is believing. I had done many classical speculation on STI but doing it on a penny, unnoticeable stock like Oceanus just brought my skill to a whole new level which I believed I discovered something again; "How to Speculate Stocks That Will Appear in Top Volume". This shall be something for me to continue practice on.
